Rose Marie Maceno, age 95, of White Oak, passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2026. She was born in McKeesport, PA on December 3, 1930 and was the daughter of the late Larry and Mary Guagliargo Simonetta. She was the wife of the late Edward Otroba. Rose was a 1948 graduate of McKeesport Area High School and later was employed as a hostess at various restaurants, including at the former Holiday House for almost two decades. She had a passion for traveling and oversaw coordinating trips that went all over the country as a tour guide. Rose also loved going to casinos to play poker, especially Wheeling Island Casino, spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and dancing. She was a member of the North Versailles and East McKeesport Seniors and volunteered at bingo at the East Pittsburgh Post Two American Legion for over seventeen years.

He was born in McKeesport, PA on January 4, 1937, he was raised in Jefferson Hills, PA, and was the son of the late Constantine A. and Fotini “Fotoula” Georgopoulos Kondos. Andrew proudly served in the United States Army and later retired from U.S. Steel in their electrical department. In addition to his electrical work at U.S. Steel, he was involved in their grievance committee to help fellow employees with worker’s compensation claims and was a member of APEX within U.S. Steel. Andrew also served as a member of the Masonic Dallas Lodge No. 231 in Pittsburgh, PA. He was a founding member of the Saint Anthony Greek Orthodox Church in Clairton, PA, and was recognized with St. Photios Award for his outstanding devotion. Andrew was also a member of the Annunciation of the Theotokos Greek Orthodox Church in White Oak, PA.

She was born on September 12, 1950, in McKeesport, PA, to the late Frank and Veronica Kish Billy. Sharon was the oldest of three and a 1968 graduate of South Allegheny High School. In April 1969 she married Richard Williams; they shared a devoted partnership until his passing in January 2016. Though she faced hardships, including the loss of her father in childhood and a stroke in her early 50s, Sharon met life with quiet strength and perseverance.
