Frank E. Wall, 89, of Irwin, died peacefully with his wife by his side, Sunday December 10, 2023. He was born February 14, 1934 in McKeesport, a son of the late Ernest V. and Leila Mae (Case) Wall. Frank was the retired owner-operator of Wall Electric and an Army paratrooper veteran. He was a life member of the Norwin Elks, a member of the American Legion, Shidle Lodge No. 601, F. & A. M., Irwin, the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, Valley of Pittsburgh, and Syria Temple, Pittsburgh. He was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Irwin, and the Jacktown Ride & Hunt Club. He was an avid golfer and loved to spend time with family and friends. Frank was a very generous man who gave to his church and community. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

The family would like to thank all the neighbors and friends who offered loving care and friendship over the years. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his sister Donna Teffera. He is survived by his wife Patricia K. (Collie) Kooser Wall; his children William Keith (Jill) Wall, Karen (Allyn) Lamoureux, and Kristin Chou; his step children John H. (Tina) Kooser III, and Kathryn (George) Skaryak; his grandchildren Eric (Chelsea) Wall, Nathan (Kathleen) Wall, Kelsey LaCroix, Caithlin (Fred) Larson, Max (Stephanie) Chou, Lief Chou, Jaden Chou, John “J.R.” Chou, Christopher Sciullo, John H. “Jack’ Kooser IV, Julia Kooser, Genevieve Skaryak, and Leah Skaryak; five great grandchildren; sisters Virginia Allen, and Linda Davidson; also nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the William Snyder Funeral Home, 521 Main Street, Irwin, 724-863-1200, where a funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday with Pastor Sarah Lee Faulkner, officiating.
