Dorothy D. Dickson, age 94 of North Huntingdon, passed away on January 21, 2026. She was born on November 8, 1931, in Pitcairn, a daughter of the late Chester Roberts and Viola Bethune Roberts. Dorothy was a member of New Hope Presbyterian Church in North Huntingdon. Prior to her retirement, she worked as a clerk at the State Liquor Store. In her free time, Dorothy enjoyed bowling, camping, and card games. She was a dog lover and even ran an in-home doggy daycare. She always looked forward to playing board games with her family. In addition to her parents, Dorothy is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Allan Dickson, three brothers, Calvin, Gene, and Robert Roberts, and three sisters, Audrey Henry, Arleen Mitcheltree, and Bernice Watson. She is survived by two sons, A. Keith Dickson (wife Mary) and Robert Dickson (wife Jo Anne), one daughter, Linda Varga (husband John), one brother, Jerry Roberts, grandchildren, Jason Dickson (wife Becca), Jamie Dickson (wife Katia), Andrew Dickson (wife Jodi), Mattie Vodila (husband Joel), Joshua Varga (wife Jessica), Kaitlin Dickson (Nelson), Cameron Varga (wife Jenny), and Ian Varga (Brei), and numerous great-grandchildren. There will be no public visitation. Interment will be private in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to Tails of Hope Animal Rescue in Harrison City. James W.
