William Thomas ”Billy” Penn, 65 of Dravosburg, passed away on Sunday, April 19, 2026, at his home. He was born in McKeesport on November 14, 1960, to the late Thomas Edward Penn and Wanda Rae Lueckert Penn Barnes. He is survived by his children, Dylan Penn of Monroe, NY, Tyler Penn of Haslet, TX, and Alyssa Penn of Midland, MI, sisters Johanna (Donald) Seese of Dravosburg, and Susan Penn Soles (Shaun Austin) of Sarver, grandchildren Ava Grace, Jameson, and Braaron, aunt Linda Earnest of Finleyville, and many nieces and nephews. William was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Wanda. He was a member of the T.R.P.C. and the Keel Haulers, enjoyed whitewater kayaking, his favorite was Ohiopyle, skiing, camping, and biking. William worked as a union industrial electrician for U.S. Steel Irvin Works Local 2227 for over 30 years. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy on the U.S.S. Ticonderoga and was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal. Family and friends will be received on Thursday, April 23, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 at I.M FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 203 4th St, Dravosburg, PA 15034. A service will take place on Friday at 10:00 A.M. to be followed by interment with military honors at Jefferson Memorial Park. Online condolences may be offered at www.finneyfuneralhome.com
