Norma Jean Winkler, 87, of Greensburg, passed away on Wednesday April 22, 2026. She was born July, 24, 1938 in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late Norman and Madeline (Schuchert) Oeler. She was a member of Cornerstone Ministries in Murrysville. She is survived by her son, Charles (Kathy) Jaskulski; daughters, Kimberly (Frank) Collins, Tracey (Randy) Wallace and Marcy (Shawn) Caughey; 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren; brother, George Oeler; nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister-in-law Mary Alice Oeler. Friends are welcome Monday, April 27, 2026 from 11 AM to 1 PM at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, PA 15135. (412) 751-5000 Drew J. Gilbert, director.
