JAMES ZABELSKY (5521) age 80, of Duquesne, on January 9, 2019. He was a son of the late Leo and Viola (Wrobleski) Zabelsky. Jim started his career in transportation with Duquesne Motor Coach, then Bamford Bus Company, and retiring as a supervisor from the Port Authority of Allegheny County. He was a member of Christ the Light of the World Parish, Duquesne- West Mifflin Knights of Columbus Council #4210. Jim enjoyed golfing, bowling, skee ball, traveling, and going to restaurants. Beloved husband of Paula (Ametz) Zabelsky for 59 years; father of Jamie (Eric) Mattson of Duquesne, Terri Jo (Martin) Schorr of White Oak; grandfather of Jim Schorr and Hannah Schorr; brother of Mary Lou Zabelsky of Duquesne, Leona (Frank) Sprentz of McKeesport, and the late Leo E. Zabelsky and his surviving spouse, LaVon Zabelsky of Duquesne; also nieces and nephews. Visitation Saturday and Sunday, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the MALOY- SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME , 15 Kennedy Ave., Duquesne, (412) 466-3300, where a Blessing Service will be held on Monday at 9:30 a.m., followed by Mass of Christian Burial at St. Hedwig Church of Christ the Light of the World Parish at 10 a.m., Rev. Thomas Lewandowski officiating. Burial will be in St. Hedwig Cemetery
