Theresa Marie “Terry” Wise, age 88, of White Oak, formerly of West Palm Beach and McKeesport, died July 24, 2020. She was born in McKeesport on February 29, 1932 and is the daughter of the late Daniel and Louise Yenneral Moffa. She was employed by the former Bell Telephone as a router, raised her son, and then but returned to Bell South as a computer technician.

William King, age 90, of McKeesport, died Sunday, July 19, 2020. He was born in McKeesport on April 17, 1930 and is the son of the late John and Nettie Glover McFarlane King. He was a draftsman and proprietor of former King’s Arco Garage in White Oak and then the proprietor of the former Kings Rent-All of McKeesport. He also drove a bus for the McKeesport Area School District.

Michael Mraz, Jr., age 71, of McKeesport died Friday, July 17, 2020. He was born in McKeesport on January 3, 1949 and is the son of the late Michael and Teresa Soltesz Mraz. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War. He retired as an engineer from USS Clairton Works, and was previously employed at Duquesne Slag and Murphy’s warehouse.

He is survived by his sons, Randy Dineen of Hilliard, Ohio and Ryan (Andrea) Dineen of Jacksonville, Florida, grandchildren, Katelynn, Preston, and Camryn, loving companion, Patricia Doctorick of Port Vue, and wife, Donna Smocer Dineen of N. Huntingdon.

Paul J. Togyer, 75, of Markvue Manor, North Huntingdon Twp., died June 30, 2020, with his family present, after a brief battle with esophageal cancer. He was born Dec. 4, 1944, in McKeesport, son of the late John and Lena Beller Togyer. Paul was a graduate of McKeesport Senior High School, attended Pennsylvania State University and graduated from Duquesne University with a degree in education.

Thomas Wayne Weber, age 76, of White Oak, died June 23, 2020 in hospice care at Kane Regional, McKeesport. Born Dec. 8, 1943, in Braddock, PA, he was the son of Charles and Mary (Conroy) Weber. One of nine children, Tom graduated from St. Thomas High School in Braddock.
He moved to Duquesne in 1969 he retired from Conrail Railroad, where he worked as a Linesman most of his life. Raised in the Catholic faith, Tom was a very prayerful man who had a close relationship with the Lord. Later in life, he found a sense of community and peace by joining Faith Lutheran Church in White Oak, where he was a faithful member. He was an avid fisherman and some of his favorite times were spent at his lake home in Jamestown, PA, near Pymatuning Lake.

She is the wife of the late James “Cuts” Cannon who died in 2010. Sylvia was a member of the Ladies Auxilary of the Whitaker Fire Department Station #298. She was formerly employed at the Whitaker UDF and Bishops Pizza Shop also in Whitaker.
