He was born June 29, 1954 in Greensburg, a son of Thelma Lou Carlson Kifer of North Huntingdon and the late Charles L. Carlson. Larry was a graduate of Norwin High School, class of 1972 and attended Penn State University. He was the owner of Carlson Electric for many years. Most recently he was a certified electrical inspector for Building Inspection Underwriters of PA.
