Sharon Lee Brysh, age 79, of McKeesport, passed away on Friday, June 24, 2022 with her son by her side. She was born in North Charleroi on December 18, 1942 and was the daughter of the late Harold Guy and Irene Monks Elder. A 1960 graduate of Bentleyville High School, she received an associate degree from Douglass Business School in Monessen. She was employed in the accounting office for Elsie Hillman, was a special needs van driver for Colonial Taxi where the kids affectionately called her "Cabbie". She also worked for Pittsburgh Regional Library Center and eventually retired as an Encoder with the United States Postal Service.

She is survived by her son, Jeffrey Brysh of Glassport; grandsons, Jared Brysh and Jacob Brysh also of Glassport; daughter-In-Law Terra Brysh; and nieces and nephews. Sharon leaves behind too many dear friends to list but especially Kelly Brinker; Barbara Klein (her Barb); Colleen Morgan; and Cheryl Yuhas.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter Jennifer Jo Brysh and sisters Kay (the late James) Lutes; and Toni (the late William) Yezek

The family would like to thank the nurses and physicians at Forbes Hospital for their care and compassion.

In the near future, her son will have a remembrance celebration of her beautiful life.
