Beatrice "Bea" Sigler, age 70, of McKeesport, died September 22, 2025, at the Premier of Washington Nursing Home. Born June 29, 1955, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Darlene (Campbell) Barton, and the wife of the late Andrew Sigler.
Bea had worked in Ira, Michigan, for a yarn manufacturer. She was a beloved sister and friend.
She is survived by son, Thomas Sigler of SD; sisters, Darlene Helderlein, Mary Lutsko, Kathleen Bowser; three grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, Bea was also preceded in death by siblings Charles Barton, Robert Barton, and Alice Vincent.

William G. ‘Bill’ Worthington, age 81, of Elizabeth Township, passed away on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at home. He was a former welder with Westinghouse in Large and Reliance Steel in McKeesport. Bill was a friendly and outgoing person who never met a stranger and could strike up a conversation with anyone. He enjoyed fishing and was an amateur herpetologist as well as a lifelong naturalist. Born on September 3, 1944, in McKeesport, he was the son of the late William G. and Isabella (Bahnemann) Worthington. He is survived by his daughter, Dr. Lacey K. (David) Goldberg (née Scott) of State College; grandchildren, Will and Jacob Worthington, and Oskar, Elowyn, and Eila Goldberg; brother, Gary J. Worthington of Conneaut Lake; nephews, Gary (Chrissy) Worthington of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and Christopher Worthington of Meadville; and daughter-in-law, Natalie Worthington of West Elizabeth. Ruth B. Behary, age 89 of North Huntingdon passed away on October 18, 2025 at Hempfield Manor in Greensburg. She was born on February 14, 1936 in McKeesport, a daughter of the late Eugene and Sophie Slepecki Balough. Prior to her retirement, Ruth was employed in the accounts-payable department for Ritter Engineering. She also worked part-time as a U.S. Postal Service computer center clerk. She was an antique dealer, well known for her cookie jar collection and she enjoyed various flea markets. Ruth was the first female union representative and the first grievance woman for U.S Steel's Continental Can Company. In 1965, she won an award for the second fastest typer in the U.S.A. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William C. Behary, sister Toni Bukovac, and grandson, Seth William Christopher Teahan. She is survived by one son, William Behary Jr. (wife Amy) and one daughter, MaryBeth Taylor (husband Tom and family), grandchildren, Sean Teahan (wife Michelle), Kyle Teahan, Ali Soukovich, and Cameron Behary, and great-grandchildren, Malley, Isla, and Nora. In accordance with Ruth's wishes, there will be no public visitation. Born in Braddock, Faith was the beloved daughter of the late William Mosley and Joyce Henderson-Henley. She was a proud member of Miracle Temple in Duquesne, where her deep faith in God guided her life and gave her strength through every season.
Faith had a truly beautiful soul — gentle, loving, and full of light. She was known for her kind spirit, her laughter that could brighten any room, and her willingness to do anything for her family and friends. She loved gardening, video games, westerns, and bingo, and she had a special way of finding joy in the simple things. A natural hair stylist, Faith shared her creativity and care with others, helping them feel confident and loved. Above all else, her family was her greatest treasure, and she loved them unconditionally.
She leaves to cherish her memory her loving significant other, James Able; her children: Antoine (Taneka) Moody-Henley, Otis Chambers Henley, Richard Chambers Henley, Kendra Chambers Henley, Christopher (Tia) Chambers Henley, Valerie (Joseph) Chambers Huff Ramuchak, Anthony Darnell Chambers Dixon, and Faith Chambers Huff Darnell. She was preceded in death by her children Myra Chambers Huff and Jason Chambers Dixon.
Faith is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends who will forever hold her close in their hearts. Donna Jean (Madak) Konik, 78, of White Oak, passed away Friday, October 17, 2025 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born April 9, 1947 in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late Stephen and Virginia (Bartko) Madak. Donna was a 1965 graduate of McKeesport Area High School. She worked as an inventory clerk at US Steel Edgar Thompson Works from 1965-1972 and also worked at Faith Lutheran Church in White Oak for 25 years as the office manager and treasurer. She was also a member of Faith Lutheran Church, where she taught Sunday school for 8 years and served on the Church Council. A member of Priscilla Circle, a woman’s ministry that focuses on supporting women in ministry and fostering community, Donna was a lesson leader for the organization. Beginning in 1985, Donna was a treasurer of Faith Women of the
ECLA. She also delivered Meals on Wheels. Donna loved to travel and go to the beach, especially Ocean City, Maryland and Wildwood Crest, New Jersey. She loved spending time with her family, especially her six grandchildren. Donna warmed every room she entered, and friends and family- especially her grandchildren- gravitated to her. Donna was as kind as she was gracious, and will be deeply missed.

Joshua Gray "Josh" Klingensmith, 49, of Jefferson Hills, passed away Saturday, April 12, 2025. He was born July 9, 1975 in McKeesport and was the son of Daniel and Janet (Maple) Klingensmith. Josh most recently worked as a retail supervisor for Dollar General, and had also worked for Sam's Club in West Mifflin for many years. He was one of the sweetest and funniest people you could ever meet and loved to make everyone laugh. Josh was a great cook, he had a passion for smoking meats and baking pies and cakes. He also enjoyed thrifting anything and everything, collecting Hot Wheels Cars and building Hot Wheels Tracks. Josh was a passionate lover of music, he displayed this by wearing various band tees on a regular basis; some of his favorite bands included Journey, Pink Floyd and Def Leopard. He also enjoyed numerous family vacations throughout the years. He will be greatly missed.

Rebecca J. Tessauro, age 77 of North Huntingdon, passed away on October 14, 2025, at her home. She was born on November 9, 1947 in Steubenville, Ohio, a daughter of the late James Ayers and Helen Kugler Ayers. Rebecca was a member of Cove United Presbyterian Church in Weirton, West Virginia, and she was the first woman to be admitted into the Norwin Lion’s Club. Prior to her retirement, she worked as a secretary at the Weirton Steel Corporation, and she was also the owner of Relaxation Place Massage. Rebecca loved cats, and she was always looking for the opportunity to help other people. Most of all, she cherished the time she spent with her granddaughter, Kaylie. In addition to her parents, Rebecca was preceded in death by two sisters, Linda and Kathy. She is survived by her beloved husband, Frederick Tessauro, one daughter, Dee Allsbrooks and her husband Michael, one sister, Sue Lyons, one granddaughter, Kaylie, one grandson-in-law Dylan, and numerous nieces and nephews. Michael Richard “Deppy” Despotakis passed away peacefully, on October 11, 2025, in Bethel Park, PA.
Born in McKeesport, PA on March 26, 1936. Beloved son of the late Michael and Betty (Kurey) Despotakis. Loving Husband of the late Carolyn Despotakis, married on July 23, 1966. Father of Mark Despotakis of White Oak, PA, and grand cat Fleury.
Richard was a 1959 graduate of Penn State University where he graduated with a degree in business. He was in the Army Reserves, worked in various sales jobs until he opened, along with his wife, The Lionheart Inn in McKeesport, PA. The restaurant was a staple of the McKeesport area from when they opened in 1969 until they sold the business in 2000.

Richard G. Portis was born on April 15, 1944, in Glen Hazel, Pennsylvania. A graduate of Gladstone High School where he was active on the football and basketball teams.
He continued his education at Point Park University where he was a champion played basketball before serving his country in Vietnam as a member of the United States Army. Richard G. Portis served as a Sergeant E-5 Administration Specialist in the U.S. Army from 1965-1968, receiving an Honorable Discharge and earning the National Defense Service Medal and Vietnam Service Medal with two Bronze Service Stars.
Upon discharge and returning home, Richard’s deep commitment to community uplift led him to become a pioneering organizer. He was appointed to establish the first Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) program in Western Pennsylvania, headquartered in McKeesport. His exceptional leadership in building this groundbreaking program earned national recognition and widespread respect.

Jean Evelyn (Kroc) Mundy, age 97, of North Huntingdon, passed away Thursday, October 9, 2025. She was born January 11, 1928 in Wilmerding, a daughter of the late Joseph and Rose Kroc. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Irwin, and was one of the founders of the Norwin Band Aids and a member of the Country Hills and Penn State Extension Gardening Clubs. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Clifton Mundy; and sisters Dorothy Patosky, Barb Lissy and Mildred Capezzuto. She is survived by her children Wayne (Twyla) Mundy of Kenai, Alaska, Cheryl (John Palko) Limley of McKeesport, Timothy Mundy of Wasilla, Alaska, Roger (Diane) Mundy of North Huntingdon, and Donna (Donald) Dominick of North Irwin; 12 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and, many nieces and nephews who loved Jean. She loved attending events for her grandchildren, traveling, crossword puzzles, and cardinals. Nathaniel Anderson, affectionately known to many as "Bumpo" went on to be with the Lord on October 8, 2025, in Pittsburgh, PA at the age of 78. Nathaniel Anderson was born on June 2, 1947, in Sumter, SC, to James Anderson and Viola Kelly Walker and was raised by his mother and stepfather Robert Walker with his 5 siblings in McKeesport, Pennsylvania.
Nathaniel attended McKeesport Area High School and was a stand-out student and basketball player. He left school early and joined the Navy serving for 2 years from 1965-1967. He later obtained his High School Diploma from the Department of Education in 1986 and continued to train and study to serve as a Certified Nursing Assistant where he worked in various nursing homes.

Over the past 7 years, Hector brought his enthusiasm, warmth, and professionalism to Berk’s Menswear in North Huntingdon, where he was well-loved by colleagues and customers alike. Hector was known for his kind and positive spirit. He had an innate ability to connect with others, always greeting everyone with a smile and genuine interest. His friendly, outgoing nature made him a joy to be around, and his presence could light up any room.
