Obituaries | The Tube City Almanac | February 26, 2026

Sharon Kay Williams, age 75, of Port Vue, PA, died on Monday, February 23, 2026 at Whitehall Borough Post Acute. She was born on September 12, 1950, in McKeesport, PA, to the late Frank and Veronica Kish Billy. Sharon was the oldest of three and a 1968 graduate of South Allegheny High School. In April 1969 she married Richard Williams; they shared a devoted partnership until his passing in January 2016. Though she faced hardships, including the loss of her father in childhood and a stroke in her early 50s, Sharon met life with quiet strength and perseverance.

A lifelong Port Vue resident, Sharon loved gardening, crafting, and hunting for treasures at flea markets and antique shops. In later years she became an enthusiastic Pittsburgh Steelers fan, cheering proudly for her team. She is survived by her children, Sean (partner Jody Miller) Williams; and Tracy Campbell; grandchildren Elliott and Gillian Campbell; sister, Deborah (Dave) Deliman; brother, Frank (Amy) Billy; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family extends a heartfelt thanks to the staff of Whitehall Borough Post Acute for their compassionate care over the past four years.

Arrangements were cared for by Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, Inc., 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177).
