James L. Robinson Jr., age 63, of Pittsburgh, died March 20, 2025 at Kane Glen Hazel. Born July 6, 1961 in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late James and Victoria Robinson.

Michael Anthony Kobulnicky, Sr., of Buena Vista, passed away Wednesday, March 19, 2025. He was born on November 21, 1942 in McKeesport and was the son of the late Michael and Mary (Bruncak) Kobulnicky. Michael was a United States Air Force Veteran serving during Vietnam. He worked as a laborer for US Steel for 16 years and later as a custodian for Elizabeth Forward School District. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening, casinos and watching football. He was the loving husband of 58 years to Alberta Mae (Faust) Kobulnicky.

Lee W. Martin, Sr., 62 of Clairton, passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at Jefferson Hospital. He was born in McKeesport on April 10, 1962, to the late Robert Martin and Anna Mae Miller. Lee was the loving fiancé of Lisa Conley. He is survived by his fiancé of seven years, Lisa Conley of Pittsburgh, and Lisa's children, children Lee (Amy) Martin, Jr. of Port Vue, Chad (Jennifor) Martin of Glassport, Josh (Carissa) Martin of Port Vue, Brianne (Benny) Ess of Wilmington, NC, sibling Drew (Connie) Martin of Forward Twp., grandchildren Chad Jr., Daniel, Chloe, Mia, Benny Jr., Brant, Gabrielle, Mia, and one on the way, nephew Todd Ramsey and many more nieces and nephews. Lee was preceded in death by his parents as well as sister Carla Campbell. He was formerly employed for over 10 years by Meineke Car Center in North Versailles. Lee will be missed by many. He enjoyed motorcycles and being a jack of all trades and was always there to fix almost anything. He had the biggest heart and he was such a fighter. Even in the last few years of his cancer fight when it would knock him down he would bounce back. Unfortunately, that would be Lee's biggest battle. Arrangements have been entrusted S.M. Scott Mitchell, 61, of Glassport, formerly of McKeesport, passed away on Sunday, March 16, 2025 at his home. He was born in McKeesport on March 13, 1964, to the late Bill and Jackie Faye Winters Mitchell. He is survived by his daughter Amber Kish of Glassport, brother Billy Mitchell of McKeesport, sister Patty Gasperavick, nephews Billy Mitchell III, and Chase Mitchell, niece Samantha (Ryan) Kovar, cousin John Winters, sister-in-law Cindy Beltcher, beloved dog Izzie. He enjoyed music, playing horseshoes, and family fun. Family and friends will be received on Friday, March 28, 2025, from 3:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. at E.C. Theodore G. Leriotis, 88, of Monroeville, died peacefully on Sunday, March 16, 2025, surrounded by his family. He was born December 18, 1936, in McKeesport, a son of the late George and Helen (Valgas) Leriotis and was also preceded in death by his wife Loretta A. (Acalotto) Leriotis and his brother James G. Leriotis. Before retirement Ted was a self-employed sales representative operating Leriotis Associates alongside his brother Jim. Ted was a people person and missed the daily interactions after retirement. To keep busy, he worked part-time at a local furniture store and later worked as a greeter for Snyder Funeral Home. He enjoyed golfing with friends and his wife, Loretta, at Willowbrook Golf Club. He adored his wife, daughters, and grandchildren and loved all his pets, especially his cat Winston. Ted’s other hobbies included working out at the gym and enjoying weekly lunch gatherings with his friends.

Donna Marie Slater, 60, of North Versailles, was born May 4, 1964, in Braddock, PA. She was the beloved daughter of the late Gertrude (Morrison) Slater.
Donna was employed at UPMC McKeesport Hospital in the Housekeeping Department.
The kitchen is where you would find Donna, she was known as a great cook! She was always joyful outgoing laughing keeping the party going. Donna enjoyed spending time with family, especially her grandchildren.
Donna departed this life on March 12, 2025, at her residence in North Versailles, PA. She was preceded in death by her mother, Gertrude Morrison Slater, son, William Paxon, brothers, George Slater, Donald Slater, sister, Patricia McGuigan.
Donna is survived by her beloved; son, Christopher Paxon; four grandchildren, Destiny, Kristina, Christopher and Gavin, sister, Sandra Wampler; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Roy Thomas Roberts, III., 74, of Versailles, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 15, 2025, following a long illness. He was born June 3, 1950 in Gary, IN., and was the son of the late Roy Thomas Roberts II., and the late Doris Mae (Laughlen) Thomas. He was the husband of the late Carol Ann (McMullen) Roberts who passed away February 15, 2021. Roy was a member of the former St. Pius V Catholic Church where he and Carol served as Eucharistic Ministers. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus Lodge # 955 where he served as Grand Knight for 2 terms. He loved cars, rock music, and animals. He and Carol also worked with the Pennsylvania Great Dane Rescue and adopted three Great Danes, rescued Pugs, and many other beloved pets during his life. Roy worked in public safety, employed as armed security for Allegheny Health Network and previously with Landmark Armored Car Services. He was affectionately known as "Pap". He is survived by his daughters, Deborah (Tim) Viszlay, Laura (the late Richard) Gibson, and Paula (John) Payne, grandchildren, Allen (Angie) Nemetz, Melinda (Jim) Colla, Nicholas (Kelsey) Nemetz, Cody (Brittany) Hamm, Hayden (Alexis) Hamm Amber (Erik) Hamm and Ericka (Fiancée Harrison Heuston) Gibson, great-grandchildren, Beau Bazzani, Kasper Slavik, Stella Nemetz, Lettie Nemetz and Levon Slavik, and nieces and nephews. Ronald “Legs” Lomis, age 74, of Grove City, and formerly of Clairton passed away on Monday, March 17, 2025 at Quality Life Service in Grove City. Born March 20, 1950 in Clairton, PA, he was the son of the late Pauline (Logo) Kendall. He worked for Body Beautiful Car Wash in Pleasant Hills, JC Penny in West Mifflin, the City of Clairton, and Century 3 Dodge in Pleasant Hills. He was a member of Triumph of the Holy Cross Parish, St Clare of Assisi site in Clairton. Ronald was survived by his sister Georgia Graw of Slippery Rock; brother Stefan Hrabosky of Lamy, NM; brother-in-law Frank Monko of Clairton; and nephews Mark P. and Andrew S. Monko. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by sister Pauline Monko and brother John Belcastro. Services for Ronald are private at the request of the family.

Anita Laurie Schmidt, age 66, of White Oak, PA died on Saturday, March 15, 2025, after a 17-year battle with cancer. She was a life-long resident of White Oak, PA and loved the community. She was born at McKeesport Hospital on April 17, 1958, and was the daughter of the late George and Rose Pokrzwinski Matta. Anita graduated from McKeesport Area High School in 1976. Upon graduation she would enter the workforce working for a multitude of different employers; regularly starting out at entry positions and being promoted to manager positions due to her work ethic. She was a hustler and always wanted to work.
