Geraldine Morris, 94, of Elizabeth, passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2025 at home. She was born on July 26, 1930 in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late Herbert Guthrie and Edith Guthrie (Easley) Carrick. She was the loving wife of the late Hallet Leroy "Bricky" Morris, Jr., who passed away on October 18, 2011. Geraldine was a 1949 graduate of Clairton High School and a 1976 graduate from the Allegheny Beauty Academy. She was an avid church attendee of the Elizabeth United Methodist Church. She loved cooking and spending time with her family, especially all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Catherine D. Meyers, 92, of Elizabeth Township, passed away Saturday, January 25, 2025. She was born September 17, 1932 in Derry Township and was the daughter of the late Roy and Frances (Ehli) Miller. She was the wife of the late David L. Meyers who passed away February 2, 2017. Catherine was a very happy person and her contagious smile always lit up the room. Turkovic, on January 24, 2025, age 68, of Cook Township, formerly of Port Vue, a free spirit, a kind soul, and a man who embraced the simplicity of life. Patricia (Chonko) Bucy, age 81 of West Elizabeth, passed away on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at Jefferson Hospital. She loved building puzzles and spending time with her grandchildren. Gary Cole "Stimy" Dingeldine, age 77, of McKeesport, died at home on January 18, 2025. Born April 19, 1947, in McKeesport, he was the son of the late George and Helen Dingeldine and the loving husband of Sherry Dingeldine for 49 years.
He was known for his adventurous spirit, exemplified by his love for riding his Harley Davidson and interest in classic cars. Gary often found joy in his garage, where he spent countless hours surrounded by friends.

Paul R. Rankin, 67, of Chippewa Twp. PA, passed away peacefully surrounded by his beloved family on January 24th, 2025.
Paul was born on April 2nd, 1957 in McKeesport, PA. He is preceded in death by his parents William L. Rankin and Doris Payne Rankin Chojnacki (Bernard Chojnacki); his sister, Karen L. Rankin; brother, William "Bill" L. Rankin (Ruth Rankin and son Paul); and his stepbrother, Michael S. Chojnacki.
Paul was a retired employee of the Duquesne Light/First Energy company, where he worked in the Mechanical Maintenance Department for 40 years. He was an exceptionally hard worker and forged strong friendships with a supportive crew.
Paul leaves behind his wife Rhonda J. (Lutz) Rankin, and his four children Rob (Cailin) Rankin, Natalie (Andrew Berwyn) Rankin, Dylan (Katie Lane) Rankin, and Megan (Matt Deighton) Rankin, and many beloved nieces and nephews. He enjoyed each day with his family, whether on camping adventures, fishing trips, or simply cooking comfort foods in the warmth of his kitchen or grilling on a sunny day. Paul was happiest surrounded by his wife and children, and overjoyed when he became the best PopPop to his granddaughters Aria M. Berwyn and Georgia J. Rankin.
Known for his dry sense of humor and quick wit, Paul's booming laugh could be heard all around. He provided well for his family, was never afraid of a hard day's work, and instilled that devotion and love in his children. He had a kind heart and was an animal lover. He found companionship with his three cats, Auggie, Ollie, and Ralphie, and often perused animal rescue websites in order to find a new friend.
Paul built a wonderful life and created an incredible family who will carry on his traditions, recipes, jokes, legacy, and his name.
Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial visitation on Thursday, January 30th from 4pm until the time of services at 7pm in the GABAUER-LUTTON FUNERAL HOME- 117 Blackhawk Rd., Chippewa Twp. Pastor Allan Brooks will officiate.
Paul has asked that in lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Beaver County Humane Society or Animal Friends where he adopted two of his feline best friends.

Lawrence A. “Larry” Vash, age 69, of West Mifflin, passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2025. Born in Homestead, PA, on March 20, 1955, he was the son of the late Albert and Margaret (Moriarty) Vash. He was a retired crane man from Bristol Metals, a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Parish-St. Therese Church, and a life member of the Homeville Volunteer Fire Department. He enjoyed fishing.

She was a member of the Markvue Manor Women's Club, a tour guide for AARP 3221 of North Huntingdon and the Red Hats Society. Dolores was crowned Miss Magyar (Miss Hungary) in 1955. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband William M. in 2023, brother George Jacob and a sister, Marie Varga. Larry Cuturilo, age 80 of North Huntingdon, passed away on January 24, 2025. He was born on June 22, 1944 in McKeesport, a son of the late Elia Cuturilo and Sadie Yanatovic Cuturilo. Larry graduated from McKeesport High School in the Class of 1963, and he went on to serve in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Prior to his retirement, Larry was employed by the Pittsburgh Port Authority as a bus driver with over 25 years of experience. Larry was a member of the McKeesport Sportsmen's Association, and he loved to fish. He also enjoyed weight lifting, watching Pittsburgh sports, and traveling to Deep Creek. Most of all, Larry was known as a jokester and he cherished the time spent with his family. In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by three brothers, Nicholas, Milton, and Eli, and four sisters, Eva, Dorothy, Pearl and Mary. He is survived by two sons, Brian (and wife Julie) Cuturilo, and Drew Cuturilo (and Marianne), one daughter, Trish Sichko (and husband Scott), five grandchildren, Sadie Cuturilo, Madelynn Cuturilo, Brian (Rachael) Sichko, Alexa Steele (Chad), and Nicholas (Rachel) Sichko, two great-grandchildren, Nolan and Jovie, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was also the director of Clairton Meals on Wheels for more than thirty years. Norma loved spending summers camping with her family at Laurel Mountain Campground in Donegal.

Louis John Floris, Jr., age 56, of McKeesport, died January 15, 2025, at home. Born June 20, 1968, in McKeesport, he was the son of the late Louis John Floris and Louise Catherine (Conners) Floris Atkins.
Louis was a retired auto-body technician. He was a member of the Italian Brotherhood of Guffey of Irwin, Owls Club of Buena Vista, Hartford Heights VFD, and the White Oak American Legion. Louis had a passion for riding motorcycles and working on them. He also enjoyed camping, fishing, and loved animals.
Louis is survived by his son, Brandon Suncine, Sr. of Jeannette; grandchildren, Brandon, Jr. and McKenzie; brother, Michael (Sandy Martin) Floris of West Mifflin; niece, Taylor; nephew, Michael; many cousins; special friend, Ducky Wiggins; extended family and friends.
