Gloria B. Sollosi, of McKeesport, died September 28th, 2021, at home. Born November 15, 1936, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Florence (Kakas) DiPerna. She was the wife of Michael T. Sollosi and they were married for 66 years.
Gloria was a graduate of St. Peter High School in McKeesport. She worked for over 30 years in the admissions department of McKeesport Hospital. She was a member of the former Holy Trinity Church, and Mary, Mother of God Parish, Gloria was active in the Confraternity of Christian Mothers and The Ladies of Charity. She enjoyed bingo, casinos, baking, crocheting, sewing, helping her granddaughter Angie with her ancestry tree, and loved collecting Pandas.

She was born July 1, 1933, in McKeesport, PA, to the late Vincent and Kathryn (Fowler) Clayton. On May 18, 1957, she married the love of her life, her high school sweetheart, John Tapocik, who preceded her in death on May 21, 2018.

Rochelle (Shelly) Denise Williams, 53, was born May 2, 1968, in Pittsburgh, PA.  She was the beloved daughter of Yvonne (Buckner) Smith and the late John Richardson. Rochelle departed this life on September 23, 2021, in Pittsburgh, PA. She was preceded in death by her father, John  Richardson.   

Shelly was a 1986 graduate of Taylor Allderdice High School and attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She was employed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the Public Welfare Department.

Shelly had a vibrant personality and an infectious smile that lit up every room she walked in and touched every person she encountered. She was a fashionista who enjoyed shopping and being in the company of others. Shelly loved to laugh and have a great time. She was a devoted wife and mother whose children brought her great joy.

She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church where she served on the J. Harold Hayes Scholarship Committee and the Esther Project.

She was a former bartender and waitress at Glassport American Legion and La Romana in Glassport, and she loved bingo. Born April 27, 1964 in McKeesport, she was a daughter of Judy (Marynchak) Lloyd of West Elizabeth and the late Norman Dean Lloyd. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her sons, Kameron Dean (Becca Rollings) Lloyd of Canonsburg and Kevin Lloyd of Glassport; sisters, Dina Nagy of Jefferson Hills, Deanna (Shawn Sr.) Mooney of Elizabeth Twp. and Danielle (Matthew Reed) Lloyd of Greenock; brother, Kenneth Marsh Jr. of Elizabeth; stepmother, Faith Marsh; also, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Howard Hose, age 94, of McKeesport, died September 19, 2021, at Riverside Care Center. Born September 18, 1927, in McKeesport, he was the son of the late Howard and Ella Hose and the husband of the late Eleanor (Hudak) Hose.
Howard worked for the McKeesport Candy Company for many years. He was a United States Army Veteran. Howard was a huge Pittsburgh Sports fan and enjoyed having coffee and catching up with the guys.

Howard is survived by his son, Thomas Hose; grandson, Justin Hose; and great-grandson, Austin.

Dorothy J. Bishop, age 88, of White Oak, died September 24, 2021, at UPMC McKeesport. Born August 13, 1933, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Blanche (Olszewski) Wise and the wife of the late Martin "Marty" Bishop, Jr., for 50 years.

She was a member of Mary, Mother of God Parish, where she was a Christian Mother. She was a graduate of Westinghouse High School. In her early years, she worked as a secretary at Westinghouse Electric of East Pittsburgh. Dorothy also worked at the former White Oak Marraccini's and the former Golden Rule. She enjoyed going for walks around her neighborhood and was a very loving and caring person.

Dorothy is survived by her son, Donald Bishop of Irwin; sister Dolores Mols of McKeesport; also many nieces and nephews.

David J. Suncine, age 78, of White Oak, died September 22, 2021, at UPMC McKeesport Hospital.  Born September 7, 1943, he was the son of the late Peter and Margaret (Stotler) Suncine Serdy and husband of Margaret (Pallagi) Suncine. 

David was a mechanic most of his life took pride in his work.  He always loved being in the garage, whether it was restoring old cars, working on his 1964 Ford Ranchero, or going to local car cruises.
