Deborah Kay Rogers, age 67 of Tarentum, passed away on Friday, January 7, 2022 in UPMC Shadyside. Born January 25, 1954 in Charleston, WV, she was a daughter of the late Raymond and Georgia (Clark) Harper. A graduate of the Community College of Allegheny County, Deborah was also preceded in death by her brothers Billy and Danny and grandson David. She is survived by her husband Mark V. Rogers, Sr.; her children Daniel Harper of Portersville, Dareen Harper of Millvale, Angel Harper, Alisha (Fred) Fricks of Liberty Borough, and Samantha (James) Frederick of Tarentum; her thirteen grandchildren; her ten great-grandchildren; her siblings Rene Placosh, Linda Fisher, Cheryl Stewart, Sharon Harper, and Denzil Harper; and also dozens of nieces and nephews.

Patricia E. Cimba, 63, of McKeesport, passed away Saturday, January 8, 2022 peacefully at her son's home in Elizabeth Township. She was born May 29, 1958 in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late Harry and Rosaline (Carter) Drye. She was the wife of the late Gerald Lee Cimba, Sr., who passed away October 17, 2020. Patricia had worked for the former Green Valley Cleaners.

Sean Richard Zera, 53, of McKeesport, passed away peacefully in his sleep Sunday, January 2, 2022. He was born August 17, 1968 in Buffalo, NY and was the son of the late Kenneth Richard and Sandra Rose (Montalbano) Zera. He was raised in McKeesport, PA and graduated in 1987. After high school, Sean began his career with Potts Plastering. Artie, a long time friend, is the one who opened Sean's world to something he loved, the art of plastering. He then moved on to becoming a laborer, which led to an apprenticeship and then a journeyman for the PLaster's Union Local #31 with Ram Acoustical Inc.

Bernice Lucille "Lu" Koon, 93, of Port Vue, passed away Monday, January 3, 2022. She was born August 23, 1928 in Apollo and was the daughter of the late Charles and Mildred (Armstrong) Edwards. She was the wife of the late Gordon Eynon Koon who passed away March 26, 2010. She was a member of Port Vue United Methodist Church and the FOD Women's Club there.

Kenneth Richard Mansfield, age 88, of Port Vue, passed away on January 5th, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. He was born November 18th, 1933, to Merle and Anne Webster Mansfield in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. He was the cherished husband of 70 years to the late Shirley Ann Mansfield, who passed away on September 30th, 2021. A loving father to his four children, and a caring pappy to all of his grandkids. Ken was a retired Head Clerk in the Accounting Office for U. S. Steel, Irvin Works, with 44 years of service. He was the chairman of the grievance committee and Vice President of Salary Local #4090 and a member of S.O.A.R. #15-7 Irvin. He was also a member of the Port Vue Old Timers softball league and the Tuesday night pinochle crew. He was a little league baseball coach for many years at Port Vue Athletic Association, coaching his sons and then later his grandson. He was an avid sports fan who enjoyed trips to the Meadows Casino and taking his family on annual vacations to the mountains. He was his grandchildren’s biggest and loudest fan, relishing in all of their endeavors. Ken had a boisterous personality and a witty sense of humor. His heart was made of gold and melted every time his grandchildren and great-grandchildren entered the room.

James R. "Jim" Lomis, age 78 of Munhall and formerly of Clairton, passed away on Thursday, January 6, 2022 in Eldercrest Nursing Center, Munhall. Born October 14, 1943 in McKeesport, he was the son of the late Margaret Lomis. Jim was a former member of the First Presbyterian Church of Clairton and participated in the Special Olympics, winning medals in bowling. An avid Ricky Nelson Fan, he loved listening to his records. Jim enjoyed strumming the guitar, tinkering with electronics, juke boxes, watching “The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet,” playing bingo, and going to Kennywood. Most of all, he enjoyed being with his family. Jim was survived by his numerous cousins. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his aunt and caretaker Irene Helman and his grandfather John Lomis.

Rebecca Kofile, age 59, of Flower Mound, TX, died December 29, 2021, at home. Born October 24, 1962, in Uniontown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Charles Provance and Betty (Leisure) Provance and the wife of Frank Kofile.
Rebecca is survived by her son, Joshua Kofile, and brothers, Melvin and Frank Provance; also nieces and nephews.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Charles Provance, and sister, Mary McCallister.
Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Friday, January 7, 2022, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.
Private burial will be in Fairview cemetery.

Kathleen was a long time member of St. Joachim & Anne Parish - St. Michaels Church. Kathleen was a wonderful wife and took great care of her family. She is survived by her husband Charles "Chuck" V. Ruth N. Massung, age 84, of White Oak, died January 3, 2022, at UPMC McKeesport Hospital. Born March 14, 1937, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Thelma (Kim) Haberland and the loving wife of Patrick Massung for 44 years. Ruth loved to cook, and baking was her specialty. She had many recipes and was always trying something new for her family to taste. She also enjoyed her garden and tending to plants around the home. Above all, she was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother.

Richard LaCivita, 81, died December 26, 2021. He was born October 19, 1940. Richard was a man of faith, serving the Parish of St. Joseph the Worker, St. Jude the Apostle in Wilmerding for many years. He loved to be surrounded by friends & family, playing cards or sharing stories. In his younger years, he was a licensed beautician.
Richard is survived by his brother Anthony Jr. (Frances), Special Great Nephew & Niece Jason & Ashley Heakins & many nieces & nephews. He is also survived by his family by love Frank Serrapare & family, Frank (late Anna Marie) McClain & family, Ray & Jane Bazala & all of his Primose family.
