Daniel S. Lehosky, age 98 of Herminie, passed away on September 15, 2025 at WeCare Murrysville. He was born on July 31, 1927 in Claridge, a son of the late Paul and Julia Ellinger Lehosky. Daniel was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses in 1972, and he attended the Trafford Congregation. He was also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a draftsman for Bethlehem Steel. Daniel was known to be very meticulous. In his free time, he loved international travel and cruising. He always looked forward to eating a home-cooked meal prepared by his wife Lyllian. He enjoyed sitting on his back porch with his "tonic" while admiring a country view. Daniel always cherished the time spent with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 64 years, Lyllian Defalco Lehosky in 2012, three brothers, Franklin, John, and Paul, two sisters, Julie and Mary, and his beloved dog, Louey. He is survived by three sons, Daniel Lehosky, Steven Lehosky, and Dean Lehosky (wife Beth), two daughters, Danielle Domasky (husband Frank), and Lori Kuzia (husband Chris), grandchildren, Nathan Durka, Daniel Lehosky Jr. (wife Leah), Miranda Ohl (husband Lucas), Corey Lehosky (wife Nikki), Russell Lehosky (wife Chelsea), Kyle Lehosky, Katelyn Lehosky, and Jillian Lehosky, and great-grandchildren Emily, Jared, Connor, Russell, Riley, and Oliver. Friends will be received at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon, on Sunday from 1 to 2:30 PM with a service starting at 2:30. Geraldine Ann Yarosik, age 92 of North Huntingdon, passed away on September 15, 2025 at Weatherwood Manor in Greensburg. She was born on February 7, 1933 in Duquesne, a daughter of the late John Yarosik and Mary Petrisko Yarosik. Prior to her retirement, Geraldine was employed as a secretary at the U.S. Steel Works in Duquesne. She was a founding member of St. Stephen's Byzantine Catholic Church in North Huntingdon. In addition to her parents, Geraldine was preceded in death by two brothers, George Yarosik and John Yarosik, one sister, Marie Yarosik, and one nephew, David Yarosik. She is survived by one nephew, Mike Yarosik (wife Colleen). There will be no public visitation. A funeral Mass will take place in St. Stephen's Byzantine Catholic Church on Thursday at 10 AM with interment to follow in Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery in Duquesne. James V. "Juice" Capane, age 78, of Clairton, passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at home surrounded by family. Born March 6, 1947 in McKeesport, he was the son of the late Vincenzo and Felice (Juliot) Capane. James was a member of the Army and retired from Eastman Chemical Company in West Elizabeth. He was a member of the American Legion Post #75, a fan of the Pirates and Steelers, an avid golfer, and a lifelong supporter of The Clairton Bears. James is survived by his wife Anna (Pacich) Capane and a special Pap to Alyssa, Bree, and Owen, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Nicholas John Cindrich, 71, of Elizabeth Township, passed away Saturday, September 13th, 2025, at home. He was born May 7, 1954, in McKeesport and was the son of the late John and Catherine (Stephenson) Cindrich. He was a graduate of Milton Hershey School, class of 1971. He enjoyed his craft as an electrician spending the bulk of his professional years with Cindrich Electric Co. Beyond his professional life, Nick’s greatest joy was his family. He often shared stories of his childhood with his siblings who he deeply loved. Nick was a very proud uncle to dozens of nieces and nephews, and took every opportunity to tell them how proud he was of their character and accomplishments. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him and will especially miss his witty jokes or encyclopedic knowledge.

Larry Noble Sillaman went home to be with the Lord on September 11, 2025 after a valiant and courageous battle with lung cancer. Born June 15th, 1942 in McKeesport, Pa to Harry Sillaman Jr and Dorothy Noble Sillaman, he was the eldest of four children; the others being Sharon (Fedorka), Randy (Sillaman) and Brenda (Fasekas). He was a graduate of McKeesport Tech High and played football there at Shaw Avenue.
He began his electrical career at Jones Electric in Charleroi, Pa and went on to a 33-year career in IBEW Local 5, retiring as a journeyman electrician from the University of Pittsburgh in 2006. He served active duty as a machinist mate in the Navy 1965-1967 on aircraft carrier USS WASP CVS 18 picking up most of the Gemini space capsules in the Caribbean.
Larry was a man of many, many talents, and never wasted time or opportunity to help others or to build and create something, anything. He was a model railroad enthusiast with an eye and heart for creativity, beauty and precision. His displays were breathtaking and a delight to many. He loved antique cars, especially his 1958 red chevy impala which he completely restored. He shared his humor and creativity through a series of cartoon strips and, most recently, created a storyboard.

Stephen H. Lloyd III, 63, of Trafford, died Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at home. He was born May 10, 1962 in McKeesport, a son of the late Stephen H. Lloyd Jr. and Donna L. (Williams) Lloyd. Stephen enjoyed being outdoors and liked to hunt and fish and work in his garden. He was an accomplished taxidermist. He is survived by his girlfriend Marlene Supernovich; his siblings Pastor Cindy Lindow of North Huntingdon, Donna Lynn (John) Oswald of White Oak and James T. (Suzanne) Lloyd of North Versailles; also nephews and nieces Jonathan (Tammy) Oswald, Jordan (Jessica) Oswald, Bobbi Jo (Jeremy) Merkt, and Allison (Nathan) Schmidt. Jerry G. Hornyak, age 75, of Liberty Boro, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 8, 2025. He was born December 6, 1949 in McKeesport, and was the son of the late George and Virginia (Billelter) Hornyak. He was a graduate of McKeesport High School. He is survived by his wife of over 50 years Dawn (Perry) Hornyak; son Jerry (Kara) Hornyak; daughter Joanna (Ron) Michalak; and four wonderful grandchildren Emma, Bailey, Jacob and Brennan. Jerry was a long time employee of Bettis Atomic in West Mifflin, from where he retired. He coached both his son’s and daughter’s baseball and softball teams. Sister Saundra Cunningham was born at McKeesport, PA, to the Union of Robert and Ida Cromerdie McMillan on September 10, 1957. Both Parents preceded her in death, as well as three siblings, Bobby, Larry and Linda.
Saundra, 67, passed away on September 6, 2025 at the UPMC Presbyterian Hospital attended by her loving Husband, John and family being very present at the Hospital during her time of transitioning.
Saundra received her education in the McKeesport Educational Systems and also attended Mckeesport high-school. She loved to cook and bake and was a great homemaker. She enjoyed doing crossword and jigsaw puzzles , she was so proficient with jigsaw puzzles that the 1000 piece ones were not even a challenge.
Saundra married John Cunningham December 21, 2012. As a couple, after her Mother, Ida McMillan’s passing, they followed the Legacy of those before them in making a decision for the journey of life with Christ.
Sister Saundra Cunningham leaves to cherish her life and the many wonderful memories of her presence: Her Husband, John (Johnny) Cunningham; her Sister; Brittany McMillan; her In-Laws; Nieces and Nephews; many children she helped rear; and a host of family and friends.

Herbert Stanley Dalarie Greer, 70, of McKeesport was born October 20, 1954, in McKeesport, PA. He was the beloved son of the late Robert S. and Ella M. Burgess Greer.
Herbert faithfully served his country in the United States Navy and was honorably discharged following his service. Herb graduated from Shaw University in Raleigh, North Carolina in General Studies program.
Herbert, affectionately known as “Herb, Herbie or Daryl but on the grill, he was referred to as Uncle Frank.” He was a true jack of all trades, skilled as a concrete mason and finisher, but his greatest passion was always driving. For more than a decade, he traveled long distances. First working for some of the most prominent trucking companies, and later becoming an independent owner-operator, proudly running his own truck.

Clair V. Panzek, age 95, of White Oak, passed away peacefully on September 12, 2025. Born January 23, 1930, in Beaver, PA. She was the daughter of the late Henry and Melva (Hornberger) Losteter and the wife of the late Thomas J. Panzek.
Clair was a cherished member of our community, known for her dedication to her faith and family. She retired from the Enamel Products and Plating Company of McKeesport, but her heart was always at Mary, Mother of God Parish. There, she was an active member of the Ladies of Charity and served as an Eucharistic Minister at St. Angela Merici Church. Clair found joy in working at the church festivals and was a devoted Catholic throughout her life.
An avid lover of summer vacations, Clair spent 63 incredible years visiting Ocean City, Maryland, where countless memories were made. She will also be remembered for her companionship with her loyal dachshund, Benji.

Elizabeth "Betty" Klimchock, age 85 of North Huntingdon, passed away on September 14, 2025 at Forbes Hospital, Monroeville. Betty was the loving daughter of the late Michael and Mary Ann Klimchock. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her special brother, Michael (Barbara) Klimchock . Betty was a member of St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church. She attended North Huntingdon High School and the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to her retirement, Betty was administrative Director at the Maurice Falk Medical Fund. She served as a board member on many nonprofit organizations in the areas of health, human services, and community activities in the City of Pittsburgh and County of Allegheny. Betty was involved in the early years of development of the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank, and she served on its board as a volunteer and supporter over the years. She also served on the Executive Committee of the Executive Women's Council. Betty enjoyed traveling, photography, ceramics and following current events. She exemplified kindness and lived by her favorite saying: "Live Well, Laugh Often, and Love Much". Her legacy of nurturing her family and friends, and memories of her giving heart will always be cherished by her surviving family, loving special sister and best friend Veronica, caring and special brother-in-law Hank Laughlin and devoted and caring nephew, Matthew Laughlin. Betty is also survived by her nieces, Marianne and Michelle Klimchock, and goddaughter, Catherine Beyer, and special cousins. Joan was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church, the Christian Mothers and the Emerald Club. She was also a member of AARP 3221. Joan graduated from McKeesport High School Class of 1954. In addition to her parents, Joan was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Arthur Dilts, her son Edward Joseph Phillips Jr. and her granddaughter, Angela Phillips.
