Donald J. Dugan, 63, of Liberty Borough, formerly of Turtle Creek, died Monday December 13, 2021, peacefully surrounded by his beloved wife Janice (Bearinger) Dugan and their fur kids Sassy, Sweet Pea, Trixie Rae, and Penny Pin. Also survived by step-children, step-grandchildren, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Don was preceded in death by his brother Richard ‘Richie” Dugan. Don drove for Access and was a greeter at Sam’s Club. He had a love for animals, often fostering them.

Cynthia Ann (Simeone) Wilkins, 58, of North Versailles, passed away Thursday December 16, 2021. She was born January 19, 1963 in Penn Hills, a daughter of the late Salvatore and Janet (Forney) Simeone and was also preceded in death by a brother in-law Daniel Wymard. Cynthia was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and caregiver. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family and grandchildren. Marlene Victoria Parker (nee Ero), age 79, died peacefully at home on Friday, November 19th, 2021, in Palm Harbor, Florida.
Marlene was born on March 23rd, 1942 in McKeesport, PA. She graduated from McKeesport Nursing School and Upsala College with a Masters in Human Resource Management. Marlene was very active in her community in Vernon, NJ where she taught Aerobic Dancing, and ferried her children to their multiple activities while young.
In 1998 she moved to Palm Harbor, FL where she worked as a patient advocate with United Healthcare, a job she really enjoyed in helping families with complex medical conditions find the care they needed.

Frances E. Baker, 98, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones on December 9, 2021 in McKeesport, PA.
Frances, affectionately known as, “Ma, granny, and Ms. Baker,” was born on May 13th, 1923, in Shelbyville, Tennessee to the late Doc and Alice Shelton. She was one of four siblings. Frances spent her childhood and early adult years in Shelbyville. She met her husband, the late Walter B. Baker, while he was stationed in Tennessee. The couple relocated to McKeesport in 1948. From their union, in 1953, they welcomed a daughter, the late Clarissa F. Baker.
Frances was a homemaker and loyal member of Christ Temple AME Church of McKeesport. She was a devoted usher for several years. Frances was a fun-loving woman who enjoyed cooking and baking for family and friends. Friends and family all enjoyed spending time with her and hearing her unique laugh.

Adeline was a member of Ascension of Our Lord Byzantine Catholic Church in Clairton, the Italian Club, the Women's Guild of Ascension Church, and also volunteered and cooked for Meals on Wheels in Clairton. Adeline was preceded in death by her husband, the late Paul Bodnar Sr. who died 4/3/1999; her sons Dennis Bodner and Paul Bodner, Jr.; her daughter-in-law-Francine Bodner; her brothers Peter, Sam, John, and Daniel Gimliano and Joseph Levat; and her sisters Nancy Yacavace and Genevieve DelVecchio. Adeline is survived by her son Anthony (Teresa) Bodner of Orlando, FL; grandchildren Denise, Danielle, Jeffrey, and James; great-grandchildren Elena, Jack, Brandon, Nicholas, Gabrielle, and Jackson; and also many nieces and nephews.

Michael loved heavy metal music, most notably Ozzy Osbourne and also enjoyed playing guitar. He had a love for all comic books, SciFi movies, Star Trek and all things science. He will be greatly missed. Anna L. (Maslowski) Jobes, age 78, of Elizabeth Twp., passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at home. A member of St. Joachim and Anne Parish, St. Michael Church in Elizabeth Twp., she was a hairdresser and former employee of Hills in West Mifflin and a former bank teller at Great American in Elizabeth Twp. and Clairton. She was one of Western Pennsylvania’s top 10 Pin women bowlers in her younger days. She loved baking and cooking and the family could not wait to eat her cold dough cookies and nut rolls at Christmastime. She loved to cross stitch for her Blue Ribbon quilts she would win at the Bedford Fall Foliage Festival and had a real passion for fishing at their camp at Shawnee State Park in Bedford County. Born September 2, 1943 in McKeesport, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret (Puskavich) Maslowski. She is survived by her husband, Ronald E. Odorcich, and daughter, Holly (David) Hasak of Elizabeth Twp. A Memorial Gathering will take place in the Paul E. Patricia Ann Boboth, age 58, of Glassport, passed away December 14, 2021, at UPMC McKeesport Hospital. Born November 6, 1963, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of Albert and Mary Sue (Domer) Boboth of Davenport, IA.
Patty graduated from Serra Catholic High School and Penn State University. She worked at the Whale’s Tale Shelter for Homeless Youth in Pittsburgh. Later, she worked at the UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital in Pittsburgh.
In addition to her parents, Patty is survived by siblings, Cindy (Paul) Boboth of Port Vue, PA, Paul Boboth of Davenport, IA, and Elaine (Mike) Moeller of Davenport, IA; nephew, Mason, and niece, Bella Moeller of Davenport, IA.

Jacqueline Lee “Mert” (Tuttle) Kerr, 84 of Clairton, passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at her home. She was born in Clairton on November 15, 1937, to the late Walter and Emma Maude Hindman Tuttle. Jacqueline was the loving wife of 58 years to Albert W. Kerr. She was a member of the Pine Run United Methodist Church and enjoyed dancing, gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family. Jacqueline worked at Irvin Works for 2 years before working in the Men’s Department at K-Mart for 5 years. She is survived by her husband as well as her sons, Albert P. and Jason (Carolyn) Kerr of Clairton. She is further survived by her sister Donna Buzalka of New Eagle and many nieces and nephews. She will be especially missed by her beloved dog Dakota. Jacqueline was preceded in death by her sisters Kathryn Gephart and Sandra Fine.
