Rusty Lee Norman, 60, of Dravosburg, passed away at home on Saturday, December 10, 2016. He was born July 19, 1956 in McKeesport to the late Clifford Norman and Nancy Bell Norman. Rusty is survived by his daughters; Ashlee Ane Norman of Dravosburg and Tehya Russann Norman of Bloomfield, sister Tamie (Clay) Young of Hopkin, S.C., nieces and nephews, and his dog Cubie Norman. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Clifford “Tick” Norman, and sister Ruthi Norman.

Irene Wilmans, 93, of White Oak, formerly of Elizabeth Township, died Saturday December 10, 2016, in the Golden Heights Personal Care Home. She was born February 4, 1923 in Duquesne and was the daughter of the late John and Bertha Bornyik Prakop. She was the wife of the late Edward "Rusty" Fredrick Wilmans who died April 10, 2006. She was a member of St. Patrick Church in Christy Park, Elizabeth Township Senior Citizens, Versailles, AARP, White Oak AARP, and Senior Americans. Irene was a former secretary for Westinghouse Air Brake, East Pittsburgh.

Duane H. Carter, Sr., 76, of McKeesport died on Thursday December 8, 2016 at home. Born April 26, 1940 in White Oak he was the son of the late George Edmund and Elizabeth (Hudak) Carter. He was the husband of the living Rosalie (Canova) Carter. He was a graduate of Wilmerding High School and served in the US Navy. He worked at four steel mills including National Tube, Firth Sterling, Copper Mill, and the East Pittsburgh Westinghouse plant. He then later retired from McKeesport Messenger Service after 20 years.

George A. “Lefty” Cherepko, age 68, of White Oak, died December 4, 2016, at home. Born April 1, 1948, in McKeesport, he was the son of the late George A. and Shirley (Wisser) Cherepko and the husband of Alberta (Hinick) Cherepko. Lefty was retired from Frank Fuhrer Wholesale, where he was a truck driver and at the same time he worked at Myers Coach Line, as a bus driver. He was a US Army veteran, serving during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed playing cards, riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and more than anything else, he loved going on cruises with his beloved wife. He also loved the McKeesport Tigers Football Team and was in charge of running the chains on the sidelines.
