Elizabeth A. (Komondor) Lux, 95, of Glassport died Oct. 21, 2018. She is the wife of the late Edwin A. Lux, Sr. and is survived by her step daughter, Irma Boda; also nieces and nephews. Elizabeth was a member of Queen of the Rosary Parish. Edward T. Iwanowski, 85. Glassport died October 17, 2018. He is the son of the late Raymond and Martha (Pater) Iwanowski. he is survived by his beloved wife Joanne (Swiczkowski) Iwanowski; daughter Pamela (Joseph) Javor; son Edward J. Iwanowski; granddaughter Alana (Louis) DiLembo; great grandson Louis DiLembo. Jr.; Brothers Chester and Joseph; Sister Barbara also nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by grandson Edward J Iwanowski, Jr., Brothers Bob and Raymond and sisters Edna, Gertie,Louise and Dolores. Ed was retired from U.S. Steel, National Tube, McKeesport and served in the U.S. Army Korean conflict in Alaska.

Richard C. Colclaser, 62, of Wilson, died Oct. 10, 2018. He is the son of the late David and Doris (French) Colclaser. Carmine P. Sebastian, 88, of Dravosburg died September 24, 2018. He was the son of the late Angelo and Mary (Dorazio) Sebastian. He is survived by his beloved wife Dolores (Kovacs) Sebastian; brother John (Mary Lou) Sebastian of McCandless; and many nieces and nephews. Carmine was a retired school teacher for the city of Pittsburgh, transportation director, and vice principal. He was a member of Queen of the Rosary Parish, was a graduate of California University and got his doctorate degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1963. Friends received Thursday October 4th, 2-4 and 6-8 at the Wojciechowski Funeral Home. Funeral mass will be held Friday October 5th 10:30am at Queen of the Rosary with Rev. Miroslaus Wojcicki. Katherine Solan, 97 of Glassport, died Sept. 12, 2018. She is the daughter of the late Joseph and Alice (Freelander) Hopkins. Beloved wife of the late Albert Solan. She is survived by daughters Laurie (Jim) Austin and Tracey (Chuck) Austin; son Gerard (Cecilia) Solan; grandchildren Caitlin, Emily, Neil, Haley, Seth, Grant, Joel and Jordan; also nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by sisters Helen Marini, Mina DiSegi and Ruth Connors and brother Jack Hopkins. Katherine worked at Westinghouse Electric and was a member of Queen of the Rosary Parish. Arlene "Chee Chee" P. George, 79, of Port Vue, died Aug. 29, 2018. She is the daughter of the late Emil and Laura Russen. Beloved wife of the late Ronald George. Arlene is survived by daughters Lynn George of Munhall and Debby George of Port Vue; sons John George of Collegeville, Pa, Joseph (Julie) George of Farmington Hills, MI, David (Karen) George of West Homestead and Anthony (Daisy) George of Springfield, GA; grandchildren Jessica and Sammy; brothers Emil Russen and Frank (Marianne) Russen; sister Paula Thompson; also nieces and nephews. Arlene was a former employee of US Steel and also worked as a retail manager and bookeeper and also was a talented musician and played drums, she loved listening to country music, and was an artist she loved to draw and paint. She also had a passion for cooking and baking as well as camping and fishing. She loved spending time with children and especially her grandchildren.

Bruce L. Bradshaw 59, of Port Vue, died Aug. 7, 2018. He is the son of the late Harold and Helen (Krausa) Bradshaw. Beloved companion of the late Susan Lis. Fumiyo "Faye" Sikorski, 83, of Glassport passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 17th surrounded by her family. She was born December 29th 1934 in Osaka, Japan. Fumiyo was the daughter of the late Genzaburo and Chiyoe Uchiki.She was the beloved wife for 62 years to her late husband Benedict Sikorski, loving Mother of Michael (Angie) Sikorski and Doctor Christopher (Barbara) Sikorski, proud Grandmother of Michael (Jennifer) and Gavin (Katie) Sikorski and Christopher and Elena Sikorski, and the very proud great grandmother of Chase and Camden who knew her as Grandma Faye. She is survived by her 2 sisters Taeko, Minako and a brother Tadayoshi, brother in law Joseph Sikorski and sister in law Armie Sikorski as well as many nieces and nephews who knew her as Aunt Fumiyo. She was a member of the former St. Cecilia's Catholic Church in Glassport and was a very active member of the Queen of the Rosary Church and just loved Father Miroslaus Wojcicki. She always attended Sunday mass until she became ill. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm Friday at the Wojciechowski Funeral Home in Glassport Pa. A mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday at 10am at the Queen of the Rosary Church 530 Michigan avenue Glassport Pa. by the Reverend Miroslaus Wojcicki.
