She was a school bus driver for Queen of Angels School and retired after 20 years of service.

Their greatest joy came from raising Staffordshire Terriers for over 35 years as prominent members of the Amstaff community. Through her work with Amstaff, MJ made countless friends through a common bond over the humane and compassionate treatment of animals.

She joined 3 brothers and 5 sisters; Robert, Melvina, Harold, Vernon, Marybelle, Alice, Ruth and Margaret.  Louise graduated from Clairton High in 1943, the first of the family to do so.  She was offered a scholarship to the University of Pittsburgh, but it was during war time and the family needed her to work.  Louise worked at the Clairton Mill first as an inspector in the 40 inch mill then doing the payroll.
