Kimberly “Kimmy“ Lynn Hawk, 59, of Liberty Boro, passed away on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital. She was born in McKeesport on May 18, 1966, to Marian Virginia Hawk Clay. Kimberly was the loving wife of Frank Wible for 27 years, of Liberty Boro. She is survived by her husband, Frank Wible of Liberty Boro; son, Jared Heckert of West Mifflin; step-children, Ronnie (Bobbi) Wible of Baldwin and Tina Wible of Baldwin; grandchildren, Shyanna, Giana, and Aliyah; many cousins, as well as her beloved dog, Shadow. Kimberly was preceded in death by her grandparents Marion Virginia Goldstrohm Hawk and Robert David Hawk, step-father Thomas Clay, as well as her beloved cat Jordan. She loved spending time with family and friends, camping, loved cooking, enjoying good food, and especially her famous cherry salad. She worked as a nurse's aide and worked in home healthcare. Family and friends will be received on Friday, October 10, 2025, from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at I.M. Florence S. Dunst, 87, of Elizabeth Township passed away Sunday, October 5, 2025. She was born in Pittsburgh on July 28, 1938 to the late Meyer and Jeraldine (Wolfe) Silberman. Flo obtained a Bachelors of Education and worked her entire career for the South Allegheny School District. She was very involved with St. Patrick's Church, enjoyed crafting, but most importantly, spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Philip J. Dunst; her son, Michael J. (Paula) Dunst of Reynoldsburg, OH., her daughter, Joan (Vince) Papp of North Huntingdon; grandchildren, Joshua, Nicole (Dan), Jonathan, Joseph, Molly, Daniel, and Samuel; as well as a great-granddaughter, Sophia; two sisters, Myrna Stein and Doris (Richard) Miller; her daughter-in-law, Denise Dunst; and numerous nieces and nephews. David Alan "Beamer" Stanton, age 74, of Elizabeth, passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2025 surrounded by his family at home. Born October 20, 1950 in McKeesport, he was the son of the late George Hall and Madelyn Marie (Hibbs) Stanton. David retired from Bettis Atomic Laboratory in West Mifflin where he worked as a telecommunications analyst. He was a member of St. Joachim and Anne Parish, St. Michael Church in Elizabeth, a member of the Star Trek group, USS Galaway, an avid Disney and Star Trek fan, and a poker enthusiast. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather. David is survived by his wife Patti A. (Kubit) Stanton; daughters Megan Marie (Jerry) Grefenstette of Pittsburgh and Erin Lee (Scott) Huwalt of South Park; grandchildren Maura, Zachary and Daniel; sister Diane (William) Riley of Elizabeth; and nieces and nephews. William E. Potts, Jr., age 71, of McKeesport, died October 4, 2025, at home with his family by his side. Born December 28, 1953, in New Kensington, he was the son of the late William E. and Gloria (Tosi) Potts and husband of Kathy (Hall) Potts. Bill devoted 37 years of his life to U.S. Steel, working diligently as a product wrapper and loader in the sheet finish department at Irvin Works. His commitment to his craft and his solidarity as a member of the Steel Workers Union reflect the spirit and resilience of a generation of hardworking men and women. He was also a proud member of SOAR (Steelworkers Organization of Active Retirees), where he remained engaged in the lives of his fellow retirees. Before becoming a steelworker, Bill was a member of the Plasterers' Union, where he learned the trade from his father. Throughout his life, Bill found joy in the simple pleasures. He cherished his fur babies, Goldie & Buddy. He enjoyed spending time with his family, and he loved being at camp. Before getting sick, he loved drinking his beer, especially at camp. He was all about making memories, no matter who he was with. He cherished every moment he spent with his family, placing them at the heart of all he did.

A member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in North Huntingdon, Mary Ann cherished her Slovak heritage, was a member of the First Catholic Slovak Union and enjoyed sharing in the joys of family life raising her children and being a homemaker. In her younger years, she loved going to dances and bowling. Mary Ann adored spending time with her family and supporting her children and grandchildren at their many music, sporting, and dance events. Her interests included caring for her beloved cats and plants, reading, playing cards, shopping with her daughters, and playing the slots on occasion. Mary Ann had a zest for life and loved to travel and took many memorable trips to Las Vegas with her daughters and to California to visit her son and husband’s family.
Mary Ann was married to the late Victor M. Zilinskas for 65 wonderful years. She is survived by her children: Victor (Rosalinda) Zilinskas of Palo Alto, CA; Susan A. Zilinskas of North Huntingdon; and Melissa Ann (Mark A.) Prutz of North Huntingdon. She was a proud grandmother to Victor Q. Zilinskas and Owen Marek, as well as Braydon, Nicholas, and Mila Ann Prutz. Mary Ann was preceded in death by her siblings: John (Agnes) Novotny, Pauline (James) Nieding, and Frank (the late Charlotte and late Evelyn) Novotny.

Stanley "Bud" Metikosh, Jr., age 86 of Clairton, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Saturday, October 4, 2025. Born September 30, 1939 in Midland, PA, he was a son of the late Stanley and Martha (Belich) Metikosh. A retired meatcutter for Marraccini's Supermarket in Clairton, a US Army Veteran, and member of the former St. Mary's Serbian Orthodox Church in Clairton, Bud loved to camp and fish, especially at Pymatuning. He is survived by his wife Mary Jo (Carbone) Metikosh; his children Mark (Patty) Metikosh of Jefferson Hills, Michael (Jennifer) Metikosh of Belle Vernon, and Mandy Hilling of Belle Vernon; his stepchildren Joseph (Karen) DeSimone of Phillipsburg and Michael DeSimone of Shaler; his grandchildren Lauren, Delaney, Chad, McKenna, Jake, Maren, Liam, Nick, and Ian; his brother Michael (Debbie) Metikosh of Bybee, TN; and also nieces and nephews. Kenneth A. Zirkle Sr., age 79, of Port Vue, died October 2, 2025, at his home. Born February 9, 1946, in McKeesport, he was the son of the late Haskell and Mary Ann (Cosanella) Zirkle and husband of the late Marlene (Geary) Zirkle.
Kenneth was a dedicated Journeyman painter for UPMC, contributing his skills and craftsmanship. Outside of his work, he possessed a creative spirit, finding fulfillment in painting and drawing, activities that brought him great joy and allowed him to express his artistic talents. He also cherished tending to his home and lawn, ensuring his surroundings reflected the care he poured into them. A devoted member of St. Nicholas of Myra Byzantine Catholic Church, Kenneth found solace and community in his faith. His love for his family was a cornerstone of his existence. Kenneth treasured moments spent with children, sharing laughter, stories, and a sense of wonder that will be dearly remembered by all who knew him.

Richard A. "Rick" Biega, 74, of White Oak, passed away Friday October 3, 2025 after a short, but intense, battle with pancreatic cancer. He was born May 29, 1951 in McKeesport and was the son of the late Francis "Frank" Biega and the late Helen (Swiencki) Biega Evanovich. Rick was a very active member of The Christy Park United Methodist Church, where he sang in the choir, taught Sunday School, was a lay leader, and was on the Pastoral Board. He worked as a customer service engineer for Xerox of Pittsburgh for over 25 years, and after his retirement also worked at Enterprise in Irwin. Rick was also a professional photographer. He and his wife Sharon, also had a photography business, R & S Photography, where he did wedding photography, family photos and also his favorite, scenic photography. He enjoyed children and loved to make others laugh. He was very handy, and could fix almost anything, if not he would still give his best attempt. He will be greatly missed.

Timothy Adams, age 57 of Clairton, passed away on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. Born April 6, 1968 in McKeesport, he was a son of the late William Adams and Peggy Ann (Davis) Adams. Timothy loved his motorcycle and the outdoors. He was meticulous and neat with everything, from his tools to his clothes, and was naturally handy and mechanically inclined, using his talents to restore old bicycles. She was a Registered Nurse for 52 years and retired one month after her 70th birthday. She was a member of Boston United Methodist Church, the Order of the Eastern Star, White Oak Rescue and was the nurse for the McKeesport Majorette Drum and Bugle Corps.

Born in Jefferson County, Alabama, he was the son of the late Thomas and Theodore (Ray) Frazier.
Frank received his formal education at Talladega Boarding School for the Deaf. He moved to Pennsylvania in the 1960's.
He was employed by Fashion Bug, Charming Shoppes, Inc. for twenty five years. He retired in December, 1996. After that, he became employed for the Burlington Coat Factory in January, 1997.
He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of the Deaf in Wilkinsburg.
Frank is the father of Sheryl Ann Frazier of Alabama and the late Frank Frazier Jr.
He is the uncle of Angela Trivers of Inglewood, CA, Patricia (Harold) Palmore of Birmingham, AL and Tyese and Tracy Frazier of Birmingham, AL. He is also survived by a host of other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Gladys F. Trivers, Tom Frazier Jr., Wilbert "Jack" Frazier and Melvin Hayes and his ex-wife Katherine Pettaway.
There is no visitation or services scheduled currently. Burial will take place in McKeesport-Versailles Cemetery, 1608 5th Ave., McKeesport, PA 15132.

Marianne Morsey, 71, of Harwick passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2025. She was born in McKeesport on January 16, 1954 as the fifth child to the late Bernard George and Eileen Doris (Welcker) Morsey. As a baby, Marianne was stricken by viral encephalitis, changing her life and that of her family forever. In Spite of numerous hospital stays, Mare was a happy, sweet girl. She loved trains and always reminded everyone to "stay off the tracks" if she heard one approaching. She was also a music lover. The Beatles, Elvis, the Monkeys, and Tom Jones were just a few artists that were always on the record player - morning to night. After a spinal injury, Mare spent 30 years at Passavant Homes in Harwick. There were many wonderful caregivers who surrounded her with love through all of her difficult days. The family would like the thank all of you for loving their "Mare-Bear."

Laura Louise Walker, 72, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, September 26, 2025. She was born in McKeesport, PA, on March 13, 1953, to the late Robert Walker and Viola (Kelly) Walker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Rev. Robert W. Anderson, and her sister-in-law, Delores (Leggett) Anderson.
Laura was a graduate of McKeesport Area High School and obtained a nursing degree from Community College of Allegheny County.
She worked as a registered nurse for 35 years. She held various positions throughout the field, starting at Children's Hospital, working with babies in the neonatal intensive care unit, to the operating rooms of Presby, McKeesport, and Shadyside Hospital, and various other positions. She retired from UPMC East in Monroeville in 2016.

Marcia Marie Felkay, 87, of Pittsburgh, formerly of Allentown, passed away on Friday, September 26, 2025, at Jefferson Hospital. She was born in Lvov, Poland on October 16, 1937 to the late Rudolf and Klara (Wasserman) Stand. As a child, Marcia immigrated to Norway after the Second World War and waited over 10 years before she was able to ultimately immigrate to the United States in 1956. Shortly after coming to America she met her late husband, Andrew Felkay at Brooklyn College where they both obtained their bachelor degrees. She went on to attend Kutztown University obtaining a Masters degree in counselling. She worked over three decades at a women's shelter (Turning Point of Lehigh Valley). providing therapy to victims of domestic violence.. In her spare time she enjoyed knitting, crocheting, travelling, completing NY Times crossword puzzles and participating in book clubs and creative writing groups. After her husband of 60 years Andrew passed away on June 2, 2021, Marcia moved to South Hills Square Retirement Resort in Castle Shannon where she made many new friends.

Connie L. Cipicchio, age 87, of McKeesport, passed away at home on September 29, 2025. Born March 14, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Rollin and Blanche (Hatch) Sisley and the beloved wife of Dominick Cipicchio for 65 years. A treasured member of Beulah Park United Methodist Church, Connie embodied her faith and made significant contributions to the community in numerous ways. She joyfully participated in church activities, especially making apple dumplings and helping her husband during spaghetti dinners. Her warmth and generosity left a lasting impact on all who knew her. Throughout her life, Connie found fulfillment in her work at Kennywood Park and McKeesport Daycare, where she nurtured and cared for young children. She was affectionately known as "Aunt Con" to Courtney and Bryce Patterson, whose lives she enriched with her love and guidance. Connie had a passion for travel, often journeying across the country to attend Pitt away games. She relished her casino trips and the cherished get-togethers with her nieces and nephews, always bringing laughter and love to the table. Gardening was another of Connie's passions; her beautiful yard reflected her dedication and love for nature. The light of her life, however, were her grandsons, who brought her immense joy and pride. Connie lived for her grandsons, celebrating their milestones and attending their sporting events and graduations with unwavering enthusiasm.
